Haus, the leader of one of many wolf packs, sniffed the air. He growled and scratched the ground. The Helhunds kept invading his territory, and for what? Five pussycats? So much for the mighty Helhunds, guardians and enforcers to Lady Hel herself.

Kadence, a young male, not knowing he'd crossed a line, stepped over the Wolf border. Suddenly howls erupted into the air and the wolves poured out of their home area, now in hunt mode.
